4.2 No Substitute for Professional Judgment

The technical content on this Site, including PE-sealed drawings and product evaluation reports, is provided to assist licensed professionals in the specification and design process. It does not substitute for the independent professional judgment of a licensed architect, engineer, or contractor. All product installations must be performed in strict accordance with the applicable drawings, specifications, and all local, state, and federal building codes and regulations in effect at the time of installation.

4.3 Compliance Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the specifying architect, engineer of record, general contractor, and installing contractor to verify that any Paradise Louvers product is appropriate for the specific application, complies with all applicable building codes and regulations, and is installed in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and the applicable PE-sealed drawings.

4.4 Document Currency

Product evaluation reports, drawings, and certifications are subject to renewal, revision, and expiration. Users are responsible for verifying that any document downloaded from the Site is the current, valid version. Paradise Louvers is not responsible for any reliance on outdated or superseded documents.

5. Quote Requests and Communications

5.1 No Binding Offer

Submission of a quote request form through the Site does not constitute a binding offer, purchase order, or contract. Any quote, proposal, or pricing information provided by Paradise Louvers in response to a quote request is subject to separate written agreement and is not binding until a formal written contract or purchase order is executed by authorized representatives of both parties.

While we endeavor to respond to quote requests within twenty-four (24) business hours, we do not guarantee any specific response time. Response times may vary based on project complexity, volume of inquiries, and other factors.
